Crispy buttercup Squash Skin






















Ingredients:

Buttercup skin from one squash
extra virgin olive oil to drizzle over skin pieces (about 1 tsp)
1/8 tsp garlic powder (optional)
salt to taste (optional)

Directions:

Use the skin left over from making Yummy Savory Buttercup squash soup ( see recipe under soup). Cut into pieces and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle salt, garlic powder and drizzle olive oil. Shake ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl and enjoy warm!
