Warm Kale and Wild Rice Salad



 INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cooked organic wild rice

8 oz organic lacinato kale

1 cup organic frozen peas

About 5 - 6 organic radishes cut either way you want

4 oz of black olives sliced

small diced onion

half red onion diced

juice of one lime

1/2 tsp epis

1 tbs onion powder

1/2 tsp kelp salt (optional)

1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

salt to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Sauté kale with epis, onions and kelp salt, if using it, or just sea salt in large sauce pan for about 5-7 minutes. Add in wild rice and peas. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add rest of ingredients except oil and mix well balancing the salt. Once done, remove pot from stove and add the olive oil. Let sit for a few before serving. And voila!
