Honey Wheat Flat Bread
























Ingredients:

2 cups organic sprouted spelt wheat berries ground into flour
1 cup organic zucchini puree
1 organic apple cut in pieces with seeds removed
1 tbs honey (or agave or maple syrup)
1 cup ground flax seed
pinch of salt

Directions:

Place apple pieces, zucchini puree, salt, and honey in food processor. Process until a well blended puree is achieved. Using a wooden spoon, mix that together with spelt flour and flax meal until well mixed. Spread 1/4 inches thick on one or two cookie sheets. Bake at 175 degrees (or 150 degrees if going for raw) until top dries and flip over to dry bottom. Or you can just place in dehydrator if one is available. When done, let cool down and cut into bread size cuts. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later use!
