Avocado Hummus













Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini butter or 1/4 cup sesame seeds
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
½ tsp cumin
2 ripe avocados

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse chickpeas, olive oil, tahini( or sesame seed), lime juice, and onion with salt until smooth. Add avocados and cumin and run processor until until creamy.
