Hummus



Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium shallot
1/3 cup washed and chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup washed and chopped cilantro
2 tbs tahini butter(sesame seed butter)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste

Direction:

Run all ingredients in food processor until really smooth( about 2 minutes).  Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.  Use this as a spread or dip.
