Ingredients:
4x4 organic extra firm shan tofu
1/4 cup za'atar
salt
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tbs extra virgin unrefined coconut oil
Directions:
Warm oven at 375 Degrees. Cut tofu into 2 inch squares and sprinkle salt on top. Let sit for 10 minutes and coat with za'atar and parsley . Grease baking pan with a little coconut oil, place tofu in pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drizzle rest of coconut oil.
