Ingredients:
3 cups sprouted cooked chick peas/garbanzo beans
1/2 cups finely chopped sweet onions
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dry parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
juice of one lime
2 teaspoon dry thyme
1 cup Vegenaise or Just Mayo (both vegan)
2 tbs kelp powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Directions:
Pulse chick peas in food processor until it has the "flaky" texture of tuna.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl with a big spoon. Chill and serve on bread.
