Roasted Chickpeas


Ingredients:

2 cups organic sprouted cooked chickpeas (pressure cooked)
1 tsp epice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp grape seed oil
1 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sumac

Directions:
Heat the oven to 300 degrees and place chickpeas in a bowl. Toss chick peas with cumin, sumac, epice and  salt, until well coated. Spread the chickpeas onto a greased baking pan using teaspoon of grape seed oil in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes then drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy while hot!
