Nacho Cheese




















Ingredients:

3 small baked organic sweet potatoes cut in pieces
1/4 cup yuca cooked and cubed
1/3 extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
juice of 1/2 lime
salt to taste

Directions:

Place ingredients in food processor or blender( I use Blendtec). Run on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes or until smooth. Enjoy immediately with anything you would use nacho cheese for.

Pour what won't be used in air tight glass container and store for 1 week. Reheat on stove with warm water in a pot and place glass container in warm water stirring constantly until warm.
