Ingredients:
16 oz Brussels sprouts washed and cut in half
3 tbs water
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry parsley
1/2 small onion thinly sliced
salt to taste
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Turn heat to medium and placed Brussels sprouts in cast iron. Sear Brussels sprouts with water for about 7 minutes, adding a tbs of water at a time until golden/dark brown. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and enjoy alone or as part of a meal!
