Ingredients:
4x4 extra firm organic shan tofu
1/2 small onion diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
2 tsp onion powder
1 1 tsp epice
extra virgin olive oil to drizzle (about 1 tbs)
salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. In a medium bowl crumble tofu with hands or a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients(except oil) in there and mix well. Lightly grease the bottom of a baking pan ( I use grape seed oil). Form balls with hands and place in pan. Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Remove from oven and drizzle olive oil on top. Enjoy!
