Ingredients:
3 organic bunches Italian parsley
3 organic bunches green onions/scallions or 2 organic leeks
2 medium onions
1 organic pack thyme
1 organic pack sage
1 organic pack chives
1 organic pack rosemary (optional)
OR
You can mix and match the herbs to your liking
1/2 cup grape seed oil
Directions:
Wash, chop and then blend all ingredients together in food processor or powerful blender. Pour in glass jars and add extra oil to preserve. Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
