Ingredients:
2 handfuls organic baby spinach washed
1 cup of shredded jicama
1 handful organic alfalfa sprouts washed
1/4 slice avocado cut
2 stems hearts of palm(from a glass jar preferably) cut
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry parsley
salt to taste
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a large plate, place spinach followed by shredded jicama. Sprinkle dry seasoning and salt. Add sprouts, avocado, bell pepper and hearts of palm. Drizzle olive oil on top and voila! You can enjoy this scrumptious salad all by yourself!
