Half a pineapple peeled
2 oranges peeled
thumb of ginger

Directions:

Run all three ingredients in juicer and voila! Enjoy

I grew up in a big close knit family that loves food and my grandma always emphasized that food is the root of the body/life. My father and aunts made sure to keep that saying and emphasized eating home cooked meals and never understood the concept of fast food. Growing up on a farm helped us appreciate fresh organic produce. Now I am taking the nutritious and tasty eats from my family and making it more healthy. In the end I want people to know that good, healthy, and wholesome food is also tasty. I try my best to incorporate fresh organic produce and non-gmo/ organic ingredients. Healthy food should look and taste good so go ahead taste and see that healthy eating is the root of life.
