Shirataki Noodles with Peas and Corn



Ingredients:

1 pkg non-gmo shirataki noodles
1/2 cup frozen organic corn
1/2 cup frozen organic frozen peas
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1 tbs sunflower seeds
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp dry thyme
1/2 dry parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Drain and rinse noodles under cold water for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a medium skillet and boil for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse. Add back in skillet on medium heat and add veggies also. Saute with a little water about 3 minutes. Add salt, parley, garlic powder, thyme and sunflower seeds. Saute for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add olive oil. Enjoy!!!
