Ingredients:
2 kohlrabi bulbs
half of a medium onion
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
salt to taste
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs water
Directions:
Remove leaves from bulb (save for another recipe), wash and peel outer layer. Thinly slice bulbs. On medium heat saute kohlrabi slices with onions and fennel seeds in a medium skillet. Saute with a little water at a time for about 5 minutes. Add garlic powder, parsley and salt to taste. Saute for another minute or so. Remove from heat and add olive oil and voila! Enjoy!
