Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked organic teff
2 1/2 cups water
1 tbs epice
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup frozen organic corn
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Directions:
In medium sauce pan bring water to boil, salt and epice. Add teff grain and stir. Add seeds, corn, and peas, mix and bring back to boil. Stir frequently as ingredients start to thicken. Add parsley, stir, and remove from heat. Let cool down. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Grease bottom of baking pan with grape seed oil and form six burgers from mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. remove lat cool and drizzle olive oil on burgers. Enjoy with your favorite condiments and bread or eat it just like that.
