Healthy Coleslaw

























Ingredients:

1 large organic cabbage shredded
1 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 bunch parsley chopped
3 tbs organic honey (more or less)
juice from 1 lime
2 tbs onion powder
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt (more or less) to balance sweetness

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in big bowl, let chill in the fridge for about an hour and serve. Enjoy!
