Ingredients:
Meat from 1 whole coconut cut in pieces
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup maple syrup (more or less)
40 oz of filtered water (more or less depending on the richness wanted)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in high powered blender (I use Blendtec) and run oh high speed for 1 minute. Shift through a small sized colander first followed by an extra fine sized colander. Or you can use a cheese cloth and run it through there twice. Once done, place fresh milk in opaque glass or ceramic bottle. Good for 3-4 days in the fridge although I don't think it'll last that long. Enjoy!
