Ingredients:
3-5 servings of organic fruit ( I used a frozen organic berry blend along with banana, peach and apple)
1/2 cup cooked organic spelt flakes (let cool down)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup sprouted nut/seed of choice ( I used pecans)
1-2 cups plant milk of choice ( more or less depends on how thick or thin wanted)
1 tbs maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in high powered blender ( I use Blendtec), run on the smoothie cycle. When done pour into 32 oz glass jar. Enjoy your breakfast!
