Ingredients:
3 freshly picked large apples (or organic if not in season) cut in medium pieces
2 cups organic any unsweetened plant milk
2 tsp flax meal( ground flax seeds)
1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp almond extract
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbs organic maple syrup
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place ingredients in blender(I use Blendtec) in order from above and run under smoothie function. And voila! Go ahead and enjoy your apple pie smoothie!!
