Ingredients:
2 cups cooked organic brown rice
half of small organic celeriac grossly cut
2 scallions grossly cut
1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sage powder
1/3 cup walnuts
salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Pulse walnuts through food processor. Place in medium mixing bowl. Pulse rice, celeriac, and scallions in food processor until well blended together. Place in mixing bowl. Add in sage powder, parsley and salt and mix well with clean hands or a big spoon. Form 4 burgers and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite bread and condiments!
