Ingredients:
Wash all greens well before cutting
3 cups fine cut organic kale (leaves only)
3 cups organic arugula
2 cups cooked organic wild rice
1 cup thinly sliced organic Brussels Spouts
1 cup diced (florets) organic broccoli
1 cup thinly sliced (stems, remove outer fibrous layer) organic broccoli
1 cup thinly sliced organic green cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced organic red cabbage
1 diced avocado
1 diced plum tomato
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup cashew halves
1/4 sunflower seeds
1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
5 dates diced
5 strips of dried mango cut
1 tbs dry parsley
1 tbs onion powder
2 tbs maple syrup (more or less)
Juice of 1.5 limes
salt to taste
Directions:
In a big wooden, glass or stainless steel bowl add all ingredients, mix well, adjusting salt and maple syrup to your liking. Chill in fridge for about an hour and voila! Enjoy!
*Note: Fruits and veggies should not be mixed unless the fruits are dried. Dried fruits also help digest nuts and seeds.
