Ingredients:
1/3 cup sprouted adzuki beans
1/3 cup sprouted lentils
1/3 cup sprouted green peas
* or a cup of any other sprouted bean mixture
1/2 of chopped sweet onions, leeks and tomatoes
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Directions:
Warm up a pan under high heat. Add all ingredients except thyme, onion powder, oil and salt. Saute with a drop of water for 3 minutes. Lower heat to low and add thyme, onion powder and salt. Saute for 4 minutes more. Turn of heat and add olive oil. Enjoy!
