Ingredients:
1 package organic pasta of your choice
2 cups plant based milk of choice
3 cups Vegan Nacho Cheese (see recipe under "Dips/Spreads")
1 cup organic sweet peas
1/2 cup onions diced
1 tbs epice (see recipe under "Dips/Spreads")
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
2 tbs dries parsley flakes
1 tbs sprouted bread crumbs
1 tbs lime
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt for boiling pasta and to taste
Directions:
Boil pasta in salted water, drain and set aside. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. In a pot under medium heat simmer onions, epice and sweet peas for 1 minute. Add "nacho cheese" and milk. Mix well. Add parsley, Chinese five spice and salt to taste. Let simmer for about 5 minutes or so and add pasta. Mix well. Pour in cured cast iron pan and sprinkle with 1 tbs of sprouted bread crumbs. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes. Once done, let cool and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
**Note: the cast iron pan can be used as the regular pot that way only one pot is used if its big enough for mixing.
