Ingredients:
1 box organic pasta of choice
1 cup olive tapenade (see recipe under dip/spread)
1 shallot finely chopped
1 tbs onion powder
2 tbs dry parsley flakes
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse under cold water and place in a big mixing bowl. Mix pasta along with rest of other ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Let chill in refrigerator for about an hour or so. Serve with your favorite greens! Voila!
