Ingredients:
1 cup organic sprouted almonds or any other seeds or nuts
20 plump organic Medjool dates (16 oz package)
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp organic vanilla powder
1 tsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
organic coconut flakes
Directions:
Pulse almonds in food processor twice ( about 3 seconds each) until nicely chopped. Remove and place in bowl. Run dates, cardamon, almond extract, salt and coconut oil in food processor until nice and smooth consistency is reached. Mix date mixture with almonds in bowl with wooden spoon. Mix well. Cut mixture in two and roll them out into medium thick logs. Cut logs into smaller pieces (rounds). Roll each round in coconut flakes and voila! Enjoy!
