Ingredients:
16 oz package of chopped organic kale
16 oz green olives of choice sliced ( I used Lindsey's green olives)
medium sweet onion thinly sliced ( can also use red onions)
1/3 cup of organic sprouted sunflower seeds or nuts/seeds of choice
Dressing
1 tbs of epice ( recipe under "dips/spreads")
1 tsp pink salt
1 tbs organic agave syrup
juice from 2 limes
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Wash and remove hard stems from kale. Place in a colander or strainer to drain. Add all ingredients of dressing together in a container and either shake vigorously or mix with a fork very well. Place cleaned kale in a big glass or stainless steal bowl. add in dressing and massage kale with dressing ( you might want to put on a glove for that). Once kale has been well massaged with dressing top off with onions, olives and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
NOTE: Lindsey's olives are more flavorful and contain less salt.
